Third-Party Services

Pixieset – client contracts, bookings, invoices and gallery delivery
WooCommerce – online store purchases
Stripe, PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer – secure payment processing (we do not store card details)
Xero – accounting and invoicing records
Mailchimp – mailing list management and newsletters
Google reCAPTCHA v3 – spam and abuse protection for online forms
Google Analytics – website traffic analysis
Google Calendar and Google Meet – scheduling and virtual meetings
Outlook and Gmail – email communication
WhatsApp and SMS – direct communication with clients
Jotform and Google Forms – collection of information such as preferences, questionnaires and birth planning details
Canva – occasionally used to create resources and materials which may include client images
Google Drive – secure storage of resources and limited client information such as birth stories, plans or questionnaires
VentraIP – website hosting provider, which may log IP addresses and technical data
Social media integrations – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, where you may interact with our content
Image Storage and Handling
We recognise that birth photography and personal images are highly sensitive. We take great care to ensure your images remain private and secure.
Images are stored on password-protected, encrypted devices and reputable cloud storage services
Client galleries are delivered securely through Pixieset
Images are not shared with third parties except as required for service delivery (e.g. gallery hosting)
We do not sell or use client photos for marketing without prior consent
Disclosure of Information
We may disclose your personal information when:
- You have provided consent
- It is necessary to provide or coordinate the services you have requested
- We are unable to assist with your enquiry and, with your consent, forward your enquiry and contact details to a trusted alternative doula, photographer or other relevant service provider who may be able to assist.
- It is required or authorised by law
We will only share information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and will never sell your personal information to marketers or other third parties.
Security of Information
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including:
Secure servers, encrypted platforms and password-protected accounts
Access limited to authorised personnel only
Regular backups to reduce the risk of data loss
When your information is no longer required, we will delete or de-identify it.
