Collection & return must be arranged by text (0410 281 161).
Items must be returned hung, on the agreed date.
Late returns incur fees: $30 (up to 2 hrs), daily hire fee (over 2 hrs), or full retail value if not returned within 7 days.
Light cleaning is included. Additional cleaning/damage fees apply if excessive soiling or damage occurs.
Bonds are refunded within 3–5 business days after inspection.
No refunds for unused items or change of mind.
